JURISolutions is seeking a Mid Level Contracts Paralegal – Remote for a 1-year contract with our client, a pharmaceutical company, located in Princeton, NJ.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements, such as clinical trial agreements, MSAs, sponsored research agreements, and consulting agreements. This candidate should have their paralegal certificate along with demonstrated experience supporting senior management and attorneys in contract development, negotiation, and post-award administration across a variety of law topics. Pharmaceutical and life sciences industry experience preferred.

Duties will include:

• Assist and provide support including contract review and revisions, contract negotiations, and facilitating contract completion
• Track contract negotiations and propose contract modifications
• Legal research and preparing memoranda regarding diverse areas of law
• Prepare, facilitate, and administer letters, emails, and other related documents, as well as maintain correspondence, project files and corporate records
• Interact with business units as necessary to obtain documents and information relevant to matters

This position will be remote. This is a 1-year contract with full-time (40 hr/wk) hours.
