Perro’s Flowers Hiring for Floral Associate Job at Worcester, MA Full Time

Perro’s is looking to hire a reliable, punctual, hard-working individual with good communication skills as a Sales Associate. We are seeking someone friendly and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills and the initiative to work. Floral Associates must be able to work well under pressure, be adaptable to different situations, multitask, and possess strong customer service skills. Previous floral experience not required.

For 60 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing customers with the finest in fresh flowers, floral design, and customer service. Our staff is like family to us, and we are proud to say some of them have been working here for 20 years or more. We are looking for someone who is looking to become a permanent member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Accept a high-volume of orders over the phone, online and in-person
• Accurately capture customer profile and order information in POS
• Clearly communicate order details and customer expectations in both written and verbal form to our design and delivery team
• Present and answer questions about our products and services and make appropriate customer recommendations

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy for sales, marketing and order entry
• Proven ability to efficiently and professionally meet customer needs
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

• Peak business periods may require extended work days and work weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
