Overview
Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCA&D)
is a private, independent college of art and design with just over 250 students who are pursuing art as their life’s work. The College
is distinguished by its interactive classes, deeply focused one-on-one attention to students, and the strong and exceptional engagement of
faculty.

General Summary
Adding to the framework of
learning and support beyond the classroom, PCA&D offers housing partnerships throughout Lancaster City. The Director of Residence Life
and Housing oversees all functions of PCA&D-sponsored housing, programs, and services, and is a live-in employee overseeing crisis
management and response, co-curricular residential programming, and community development. The Department has an on-call schedule and duties
may require evening, overnight, and weekend hours.

This is an exempt, full-time
position, based on our Lancaster, PA campus. PCA&D offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, Life
