Systems Administrator
Position Summary:
The Systems Administrator (SA) is knowledgeable in all aspects of building, troubleshooting, and managing a physical desktop/laptop environment. This includes client workstations, laptops, deployment processes and technologies, installations, configurations, maintenance, tracking of assets both onsite and remote, and all features within the O365 suite (i.e. email, office applications, defender, and security). The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for the posting and maintaining of the PABar websites.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma and work experience in an IT environment. Minimum of 2-year degree a plus.
2. Working knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
3. Working knowledge of Office365 and the entire suite of online security features.
4. Working knowledge of Active Directory (AD) as it pertains to moves, adds, and changes of users and group profiles. Working knowledge of Azure AD a huge plus.
5. Working knowledge of printers and copier/printers.
6. Great organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
7. Basic programming skills (html, c-sharp, asp classic, sql) a huge plus or willingness to learn.
Essential Functions:
1. Ability to work closely with staff (onsite and remote) to meet Association’s needs.
2. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
3. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
4. The ability and/or willingness to learn new environments, including maintaining the Association’s website and other online products.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
6. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and to stand and walk during the course of a normal workday.

Director of Information Technology
Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to performing any duties that may be assigned by the Director of Information Technology other than the position summary and essential functions, the Systems Administrator is responsible for the following:
1. Become very familiar with the Associations’ website. This includes keeping the data presented accurately and timely as directed by the PBA’s Communications Department via the problem ticket system. This will involve knowing or learning some coding.
2. Maintain good communication with all PBA/PBI departments and all PBA/PBI members in coordinating data for the PBA home page.
3. Work with the Director of Information Technology to gain an overall understanding of the PBA/PBI IT systems so that he/she can perform certain back-up and other functions. Additional responsibilities will be added as training proceeds.
4. Assist other PBA/PBI departments in troubleshooting problems associated with computer systems.
5. Assist other department members, working together as a team, to accomplish the common goals of the department.
6. Provide training in specific software packages for PBA staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
