Job Description – Fence Contractors

Patriot Fence Crafters is a growing fence company in Massachusetts. We offer a wide variety of residential and commercial fencing products and services. Our sister company offers automated gate operators and control systems. We have been in business 25 years and are looking to hire contractors and team members to support our growth objectives.

We are seeking fence subcontractors to join our team. Qualified subcontractors must be able to provide insurance documentation. Subcontractors must supply all tools, trucks and equipment. Must have 3 or more years of fence installation experience. Contractors will be paid on an agreed upon method which will include one or more of the following rate structures:

• Truck/Overhead and Labor Rate per day.

• Per job rate

• Per foot/post rates

Responsibilities Include:

• Frequent communication providing job updates to Schedulers

• Follow all installation plans and specifications

• Must send pictures of job upon completion

• Effective communication with Customers to answer on the job questions

• Obtain customer approval and sign off

Hours of Operations: 8 am to 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
