Parker Hannifin is looking for a full-time HR Generalist to support the Cylinder Division. This position will be based at our Enumclaw, WA location. This position will provide support and services in functional areas of human resources including safety & workers compensation, recruitment, AAP/EEO, HRIS data accuracy (Peoplesoft), benefits administration, compensation & time and attendance, training and development and other employment matters. Partners with team members and the plant leadership team to drive engagement through HPT (High Performance Teams).
