We are currently looking to fill the position of Director of Human Resources with a starting range of $140,000 – $165,000/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position may have the opportunity for occasional work from home but will be primarily an onsite role.
The Director of Human Resources has overall responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of all HR functional area policies, procedures, and plans. This role partners with the VP of HR in the development of new companywide strategic programs to support overall company goals. This position is responsible for the direct management of people within this team.

We’re located at 14445 Grasslands Dr., just off E-470 and Peoria St. on the east side of Englewood, CO.

Primary Responsibilities
Annually reviews and makes recommendations to management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and practices regarding human resources.Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all human resources related matters.
Oversees compliance of company and regulatory policies and practices
Evaluates employee concerns and advises management as appropriateConducts investigations of employee complaints/issues and drives resolution
Advises and trains management in the best employee relations practices
Compensation management
Benefits administration
Recruitment and onboarding
Leave management
Worker safety and compensation
Coaches, mentors, and develops staff, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management and career development.
This is a full-time position with typical business hours for the level of position. It may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend. This position requires regular onsite presence; daily is preferred but a occasional work from home may be worked out with manager.
