Panera Bread Looking for Coordinator I, Third Party Receivables (Remote) at St. Louis, MO  Full Time

The Coordinator I, Third Party Receivables position in our Treasury Department supports our bakery-cafes, the delivery team and Senior Management. This person will be primarily responsible for performing daily functions related to Student Cards, Vouchers, DoorDash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Waitr and Bite Squad transactions, data, reconciliation, and accounting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete weekly processes for reconciliation and accounting of cashflows related to 3rd Party Marketplace delivery model at Company owned cafes including:
  • The use of ReconNet and other systems to reconcile Marketplace sales against 3rd Party payments, as well as tie out of bank settlements received from the various 3rd Parties.
• Prepare weekly and monthly journal entries for 3rd Party Marketplace transactions.
• Complete processes for recognition and reconciliation of Student Card and Voucher Programs
  • Reconciliation of invoices to detailed data, as well as resolution of variances
  • Monthly accrual of fees not yet received and booked
• Calculates monthly payment for Franchise Catering Activity, creates Invoice Requests and distributes remittance information
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations for 3rd Party Marketplace transactions & Franchise Catering Activity, including researching and correcting any variances and communicating any issues as necessary with management.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Focused on maintaining strong controls.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to function in high volume multi-priority environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills & customer service skills.
