This Opportunity:
Palladium’s Supply Chain Management
(SCM) is a dynamic community of practice with talented colleagues working
toward the goal of providing unmatched service delivery with unprecedented
levels of visibility, accountability, and data to drive decision making, while
enabling local logistics ecosystems to grow and mature.
The Team Lead, Contracts is responsible for overseeing subcontract administration within the SCM portfolio and all aspects of the prime and
subcontract contract management and administration under USG agencies including USAID, CDC, and DOS, as well as commercial clients.
The Team Lead, Contracts will
have a close working relationship with the other portfolio teams focusing on
business development, project delivery, human resources, procurement, finance,
and risk management. The Team Lead, Contracts will also work closely with
colleagues and business unit’s outside the portfolio including Palladium’s
Contracts and Compliance (C&C) Department to ensure overall compliance in
line with corporate policies and procedures. This person must bring strong
interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience building and leading teams to
excel.
