The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Recruiting team and HR team. This person will process new hire and onboarding paperwork for HQ positions, including field leadership roles. This person will maintain the iCIMS ATS and assist the Recruiting team with miscellaneous administrative functions. The Recruiting Coordinator is a vital role on the Recruiting team and requires a high level of motivation, resourcefulness and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Independently organize, manage and coordinate the detailed recruiting process for a high-volume organization
• Support HQ Recruiters to proactively post open positions in iCIMS ATS and job boards as needed
• Set up HQ new hires with onboarding paperwork, IT access, and welcome gift bag
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, including candidate travel, as needed
• Maintain confidential Recruiting office records to ensure files are up to date and secured
• Update and manage weekly and monthly recruiting reports
• Maintain recruiting calendar
• Maintain recruiting collateral inventory
• Track and process company referral bonuses
• Administration of relocation policies and procedures, including coordination of details with vendors, communication with candidate/new hire, and processing of invoices and payments through accounts payable and/or payroll.
• Run background checks for HQ
• Manage temporary staffing program for corporate teams including maintenance of vendor relationships, evaluation of vendors, and organization of temporary population.
• Process recruiting related invoices and candidate travel reimbursement requests.
• Provide iCIMS ATS support to the Field HR team and Field Leadership team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years admin experience, in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently
• Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
