Job Description:

We’re actively seeking a talented Vice President, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) to join our Institutional Division in Newport Beach, CA. This role will be hybrid with at least 3 days in the office per week.
As the Vice President, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) , you’ll play a key role to establish, deliver, and champion a grounded long-term business plan for Pacific Life’s PRT and DCLI business that integrates seamlessly with the Institutional business model. This plan will establish competitive advantage, be scalable, and deliver significant value to the Institutional Division and Pacific Life by identifying appropriate differentiation in a competitive market, building efficiencies, and creating leading digital and distribution capabilities.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$225,000.00 – $281,300.00 – $393,900.00
