OTM, one of the Bay Area’s largest non-union commercial furniture installation companies, is seeking a Timekeeping/Payroll Coordinator. This role will be responsible for administering all areas of our payroll and timekeeping systems for 100+ employees in multiple California locations. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work in an office, in a growing company that loves to support team members’ professional growth. While not required, our ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has experience in job/project-based payroll as well as certified payroll.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
75% Timekeeping
This is the biggest part of the job. You will be regularly communicating with our hourly team members, as well as our management team to ensure that time is accurately entered into our systems. Daily activities include:
