The Opportunity:
Your experience in Talent Acquisition has led you to look for a new role where you can create an impact and do more than just fill vacancies. You’ll be an OSL advocate supporting your candidates and hiring managers. Situated in CITY/STATE, as a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will fill various retail roles and help take OSL to the next level.
What you do:
- Attract and build an impressive network of talent in the region to fill retail leadership roles, across all OSL retail.
- You will be in heart of the action, providing “boots on the ground recruiting” in your CITY/STATE solving problems in tough to fill markets to find top talent.
- Grow market intelligence, understand regional requirements, and gain insight on active and passive candidates.
- Leverages traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pipeline of candidates
- Conducts market specific research to ensure that localized recruitment efforts are deployed including associations, campus recruitment, organizations, competitive insight
- Support our seasonal hiring peaks by crafting and executing a compelling and fully branded mass hiring campaign.
- Deliver a full cycle recruitment process, as well as enhance recruiting strategies, processes, and tools that align with attracting the best
- Coach Hiring Managers on best practices for hiring and ensure consistent candidate selection.
- Executes a social media recruitment to engage top talent
