We
are looking for a technical-savvy, skilled at data analytics and
process-improvement human resource information systems professional to support the development, implementation
and maintenance of HR technology platforms associated with the collection,
retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for HR department
planning and activities. It is preferred to have
working experience with applicant tracking systems such as Cornerstone.
In
this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity to improve
existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow, and maximize
technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data
management and efficiency. Develop and maintain custom reports to meet the
requirements of HR department. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in
master files and various support tools. Maintain security and integrity controls.
Provide troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality
of HRIS and applications as needed. Serve as HR department’s highly skilled
liaison to IT function.
