Job Summary:
This recruitment will be used to fill temporary Craft Instructor positions at Oregon State
University for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Each Craft Center Instructor will teach a small group a non-credit class or
workshop. Instructors will emulate and abide by Student Experiences and Engagement and University mission, goals, and program focus. This
recruitment will be used to fill part-time (approximately 3.5 hours per week per regular class, more for workshops) positions for the Craft
Center at Oregon State University (OSU).

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully
complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are
required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months. When they have
the driving Check mark.

Working Conditions / Work Schedule
Instruction will be in the Craft Center at OSU – office/studio environment, or a
hybrid remote and on-site model. Classes are held in the evening, workshops on weekends.
