Job Description
Lead team responsible for driving maximum adoption of Oracle hospitality solutions and identifying/driving product expansion opportunities via high value relationships with Oracle customers. Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to attain specific performance goals; develop talent to grow within the organization.
Interview and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates.
Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific organizational objectives.
Conduct performance reviews, provide career development coaching, and take necessary corrective action for poor performers as needed.
Provide regular performance metrics to senior leadership team.
Frequently interact with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers.
Drive skills development of team members in line with CSM objectives, personal development plans and career goals.

Responsibilities
Lead product training activities/initiatives as required
Develop strong relationships with partner organizations and other third parties as required.
Assist in developing business models in a variety of situations that impact customers and Oracle positively
Correctly identify risk and propose retention strategies.
Act as a senior management point for escalation of customer issues
Implement proactive measures to mitigate churn.
Understands ORACLE hospitality product/solutions portfolio and knows how to win relative to competition.
Ensure the team leaders validate and improve the quality of CSM processes and services as agreed by CSM leadership
Ensure the team contributes to the wider development of ORACLE services/product development activities/initiatives to contribute to customer success and business generation
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range: from $95,400 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
