Job Description
This position’s responsibilities include training on Millennium Solutions, customer service, team building, conflict management, and technical tools and processes for those joining Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, including full time and part time, and as contract/contingent workers. The position encompasses facilitating onboarding classes, executing onboarding new hire tasks and requests, scheduling training, developing training, and ensuring onboarding education is current, relevant, and impactful. In addition, this employee will work with SMEs to define, support adherence to, and the delivery of Standardized Training Plans, be a resource for role coaches, and identify new training needs within the organization. Finally, they will support employees and managers identify ongoing professional development training opportunities and learning to support career growth. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree and understanding of best practices for adult learning required.

Responsibilities
Design and implement appropriate adult learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design, solution adoption and best practices
Create learning specific training related to solution learning materials in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
Deliver educational materials virtually, using in-depth knowledge of content area and facilitation best practices
Evaluate and proactively improve measurement of learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes
Support employee ongoing professional development
Administer, schedule, coordinate and communicate processes that support the delivery of learning.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
