The Multi-Site Sr. Site Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for implementing, leading, aligning, and monitoring company programs, policies, and processes to protect company assets, minimize losses, and ensure a safe and secure working environment across all pharmacies within the specialty network. This work will involve partnering closely with various functions across the organization including Pharmacy Operations, Front-End Operations, Customer Service, Automation/Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Compliance/Risk, Human Capital, Legal, Pharmacy Practice, Outbound Transportation/Carrier Management, Facilities/Real Estate, Security Services, and vendors. This position will provide strategic leadership for Loss Prevention (LP) Standard Operating Procedures, implementation of change to continuously improve processes, and accountability for delivering on financial objectives. This position will provide coaching, mentoring and support in the development of staff and recognize individual and team success that result in a high-level of team engagement and commitment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all Specialty Site leaders in both establishing and executing Loss Prevention objectives defined by existing and evolving opportunities to minimize loss and protect our assets and teams
• Lead the site(s) level culture of internal Loss Prevention including the implementation of investigative best practices, shrink reduction, inventory controls, report development, and standardization around chain of custody for high value drugs and controlled substances
• Drive a high level of inventory accuracy through awareness, root cause analysis, trends, and implementing process improvements across the entire specialty network
• Partner to create and implement remote inventory audits to drive excellent inventory accuracy across the entire specialty network
• Demonstrate an ability to leverage data to help depict largest areas of shortage opportunity, while creating an action-oriented plan to proactively eliminate loss going forward
• Identify, investigation and resolve medication loss and suspected diversion across the entire specialty network
• Investigate and root cause specialty reships and consumer dispute to reduce financial risk and increase the patient experience
• Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security team in partnership with 3rd party management leadership. This could include teaching/ training, proactive investigation and audits, cycle counts, and routine guidance aligned to key Loss Prevention focuses
• Partner with the Director of Loss Prevention and/or Regional Investigator to identify and investigate carrier losses, missing/lost packages, potential carrier or consumer theft or fraud, carrier accountability, potential prosecution, and remittance for losses
• Partner with site leaders to develop operational understanding throughout the site. Leverage these relationships to influence Loss Prevention core priorities such as shortage reduction, theft identification, and a safe/secure environment
• Monitor, review, and update appropriate CCTV and camera strategy to promote optimal shortage identification, theft recovery, and physical security deterrents
• In conjunction with Corporate Security, help facilitate training and leadership around fostering a safe and secure environment for the site. This could include both physical security support as well as Team Member safeness

• Relationship Management: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
• Demonstrates solid listening, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to investigate internal and external theft. Willing partner to law enforcement to pursue any form of restitution
• Ability to work on site at the largest specialty facility and remotely support all other specialty sites

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Pharmacy Technician licensure in Indiana or the ability to obtain licensure within 9 months of entering role
• Experience leading people (direct or indirect) in a highly regulated industry
• Willing or ability to travel up to 25% based on needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience leading in loss prevention, investigations, operations, supply chain, and distribution/fulfillment operations
• Experience with handling confidential material, and experience with law enforcement partnership
