The Multi-Site Sr. Site Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for implementing, leading, aligning, and monitoring company programs, policies, and processes to protect company assets, minimize losses, and ensure a safe and secure working environment across all pharmacies within the specialty network. This work will involve partnering closely with various functions across the organization including Pharmacy Operations, Front-End Operations, Customer Service, Automation/Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Compliance/Risk, Human Capital, Legal, Pharmacy Practice, Outbound Transportation/Carrier Management, Facilities/Real Estate, Security Services, and vendors. This position will provide strategic leadership for Loss Prevention (LP) Standard Operating Procedures, implementation of change to continuously improve processes, and accountability for delivering on financial objectives. This position will provide coaching, mentoring and support in the development of staff and recognize individual and team success that result in a high-level of team engagement and commitment.
