We are a leading temporary staffing company that specializes in supplying workers to customers in the light and industrial, restoration, construction, manufacturing, events, fulfillment, and disaster recovery industries. We have recruited, trained, and deployed thousands of employees to job assignments locally and throughout the country.

We are looking for a Staffing Recruiter for our Kansas City, Kansas office who will have multiple important responsibilities, including recruiting workers for our many customers in our fast-paced front office.

With salary and monthly commissions, this is a $50,000 to $60,000 opportunity annually.

Responsibilities:

· Greets all workers and customers in a quick and cheerful manner.

· Accepts applications from walk-in candidates.

· Answers all incoming calls.

· Makes outbound phone calls to inform employees of available job assignments.

· Assists with dispatching workers in the morning at opening.

· Ensures that all orders are entered into the dispatch program at closing.

· Enters employee hours into the CRM system for payment.

· Assists in proactively recruiting new hires through social media, marketing and other means.

· Documents all workforce information and activity (applicant information, performance notes, skill codes, bill rates, pay rates, etc.) accurately in the CRM system.

· Tracks and organizes candidate paperwork, sign-in sheets, and other documents.

· Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the office, both inside and outside.

· Looks for ways to help the office and team improve its processes.

· Works with the General Manager and team members to ensure coverage during all operating hours.

· Contributes to a positive team atmosphere.

· Conducts all work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Ability to work a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends required).

· Previous experience as a Staffing Specialist in the staffing industry.

· Computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.

· Experience working in a CRM system preferred.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

· Experience in recruiting temporary workers is preferred.

· Experience in utilizing social media (including Facebook) for work related marketing is a plus.

· High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
