Job Summary

The Toddler Teacher will create a stimulating learning environment by:

• Providing an educational setting that encourages excitement for learning and preparing for kindergarten
• Developing learning centers that focus on school readiness
• Partnering with co-teachers on best practices and creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Encouraging preschoolers to engage, discover, and problem-solve
• Supporting continuous collaboration with parents and families.

Education, Experience, and Required Skills

• CDA Required
• CPR and 1st Aid Certification Required
• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Minimum one year of professional experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Knowledge of Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD preferred
• ECE Credential Level 3 or higher
