Olivet College, a liberal arts college in south central Michigan with a long-standing commitment to inclusion and diversity, seeks an enrollment communications specialist. The specialist will work directly with the communications and marketing department and admission department to create, direct and implement the annual enrollment communication plan to accomplish specific admission goals.

Description
The successful enrollment communications specialist will take pride in effectively managing the enrollment communications process and improving the flow of communication between departments in an effort to achieve annual admission recruitment goals. Reporting to the executive director of communications and marketing, the specialist’s responsibilities will center around completing admission project goals, developing an annual admission communications plan, and designing timelines for project completion. The specialist will oversee the admission communication sequence, assist in producing print material and monitor the admission web pages, CRM communications and digital marketing.
The enrollment communications specialist will be proactive, professional, detail-oriented and solution-oriented. The successful candidate will challenge themselves to be agile and adaptable and always look for ways to improve skills and gain knowledge for the benefit of Olivet College and their professional growth.
