Stock Clerks are positions within OSU Facilities Management’s office of Procurement Services. The warehouse is a central and busy location, and we are a team that spends a lot of time together, near each other, acting with a sense of urgency, and we love to serve our customers.
Generally speaking, Stock Clerks serve at the Facilities Management warehouse “sales” counter to release and return items to various personnel “customers” (e.g., carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, building maintenance crew members).
Additional duties include the following:
Must use appropriate personal protective equipment as required (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, etc.). These items are provided and are not for personal use.
Must work safely and promote a safe environment. Lifting requirements will exceed 50 pounds regularly.
Come work with us! OSU has a generous benefits package including abundant paid time off and holidays, sick leave, tuition discounts for yourself and/or your dependents, formal professional development and training, and much more!
