Summary of Work:
The Assistant Director of the Transformative Care
Continuum (TCC) manages the day-to-day curriculum and administrative operations of the TCC Pathway at the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine’s (HCOM) Cleveland
Campus. This position supervises the work of others at the college related to TCC programmatic tasks, and
and oversees the following: Coordinating curriculum events and materials, faculty and student support, student documentation and records,
student/faculty/program assessment and evaluation, as well as the program budget. This position spearheads process improvement efforts for
the program through leveraging new technologies and facilitating evidence-based programmatic improvement. The Assistant Director, TCC cultivates and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase student
learning opportunities and foster program growth.
Primary
Accountabilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the TCC Program and
execution of learning events, including faculty and student support, through the following:
Manage student documentation and
records, assessments and evaluations, and progression in TCC Program:
Manage TCC Program
assessment and improvement including research focused on program outcomes:
Manage TCC Program
partnerships with external affiliates and internal partners:
Manage the TCC Program’s Business
Continuity Plan, budget, and performs other duties as assigned:

Pay Rate: Target hiring range for this role is $51,281to $59,614. Offers outside of the target hiring range may be
subject to additional approvals. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience in relation to the
minimum qualifications for the position, while also considering internal equity.
