This role is based at our Red Bank, NJ headquarters office, and the program is set to begin in June 2024.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: |
The HR Data Analyst provides support and collaborates with the Human Resources Department to understand the presentation, reporting and dashboard requirements. This role will also support the Executive Management Team in enhancing management and Board level reporting. This role will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data for Senior Management to make recommendations related to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. |
