Job Summary
The Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager administers, manages and controls the Facilities Management inventory control system, central shipping and receiving. Responsibilities include receiving stock items, entering data into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), maintaining inventory minimum and maximum levels and reorder points. Procures supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools and rental items for Facilities Management. Ensures best possible prices and delivery on time and provides technical guidance to the Facilities Management Department procurement function. Assist other departments in procurement purchasing.

Served in a purchasing/inventory control function in facilities management operation. Work experience in higher education institution.
EXPECTED HIRING RANGE: $66,560 – $69,000/yr
