Premier is a woman-owned corporation established in Albany, NY in 2014 with a mission to provide public, non-public and charter schools with valid and reliable vendor scoring services for New York State Tests. With 15 years of experience, President and COO, BethAnne Hutchinson, led the effort to create the academic and operational management teams necessary to train large numbers of New York State certified teachers at our Clifton Park, NY scoring site.

In early 2015, Premier entered into a partnership with Optimum Solutions Corporation (OSC World), a Long Island-based technology company providing test scanning, scoring and management services for school districts, BOCES and Regional Information Centers across New York State. Shortly thereafter, former NYSED Assistant Commissioner, David Abrams, joined the Premier/OSC World strategic management team, providing oversight and guidance to ensure the validity and reliability of our test scoring programs.
