Nurses eaRN It Medical Staffing Group Looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), $38/hr Daily Pay – Maryland Heights, MO Full Time

Currently looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a per diem opening in the Chesterfield, MO area. Interested candidates should have a current license from the State Board of Nursing. This position pays $37/hr and qualifies for RAPID PAY – we pay within two hours of submitting your timesheet for your shift!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data;

• Observes conditions and reports changes in condition to RN;

• Implements the plan of care;

• Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions to achieve resident goals and minimize re-hospitalizations;

• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders;

• Documents accurately and thoroughly;

• Monitors, evaluates and follows-up on assigned responsibilities of unlicensed staff;

• Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with the individuals needs, choices and preferences;

• Stays and works beyond the scheduled shift if needed to meet state staffing requirements and/or needs of residents;

• Performs other duties as requested.

• Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance Process, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act and HIPAA.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited nursing program in good standing

• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

• Must be able to act effectively in emergency situations

• Must have outstanding internal and external customer service skills

• Physical stating you are in good health and able to work without restrictions

• Immunization MMR V and Tdap
