The HR Business Partner (HRBP) reports directly to the Vice President of Global People for the Public Sector vertical. They will be responsible for understanding business strategies, vision and challenges and proactively responding with talent strategies, programs, and processes that align with Company and business goals. The HRBP’s core responsibilities include the following:
Position Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required
Undergraduate degree required
Graduate degree preferred
This is remote position preferably located in the eastern United States.
Basic Minimum Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with Executive Leaders building talent strategies
