Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Asset Re-Approvals, Urgent PR and Individual Submissions for Personalized Engagement Campaigns. Review assets for readiness, ensuring the MAP metadata is accurate, process steps are assigned in accordance with published guidance documents.
• Create, Analyze, and Publish Customized Reports in FUSE including Daily Editorial Prioritization, Expiration, Label Update (LU) Master Grid, Inventory Assessment, and Ad Hoc Audit requests
• Ensure MAP workflows are followed to drive efficient review process while aligned with compliance standards. Update workflows, metadata and roles for efficiency and compliance.
• Actively participate in weekly agency status and internal Customer Experience meetings to ensure all projects are on track. Collects agenda topics, collaborates with CAPEs to prioritize, publish, and update in an agile manner within established constraints.
• Creation/Co-Presentation of Quarterly MAP Metrics: Collaborate with CAPEs to identify successes, process friction, and next steps for improvement. Co-present KPI’s and metrics with CAPEs to MAP stakeholders to ensure all assets submitted to MAP are of the highest quality, efficient timelines and meet or exceed the established goals.
• Collaboration with Label Update Center of Excellence (LU CoE): Creates Label Update Master Grids and shares with Lifecycle Manager and CAPE for execution. Withdrawal of all Asset Owner (AO) identified materials in the DAM and in-process in accordance with the Implementation Date set by Regulatory.
• Responsible for Universal Template submissions for MAP review in FUSE. Collaborates closely with Digital Content Compliance and Governance to improve operational efficiencies.
• Ad Hoc Process and System Training: Provides supplemental process and system training, best practice sharing and solutioning, as needed to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or active pursuit of with a focus in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in advertising, marketing, communications, digital/content strategy
• Working knowledge of FDA and Pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance guidelines on advertising and promotion
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Content Review software (Aprimo Marketing Studio a plus)
Desirable Requirements:
• Functional experience in regulatory, medical, pharmaceutical marketing operations, sales, or communications
• Understanding of pharmaceutical review and approval process

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $92,800 and $139,200/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
