As the Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics activities for all inbound and outbound shipments with the goal of ensuring all movements are on time, compliant and communications are timely. You will work closely with manufacturing sites, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customers, and our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are met.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Inventory reconciliation, reporting and trend analysis, ensuring cost-effective logistics and other activities to support the warehousing, distribution and logistics activities for the company
•Act as the primary contact for operational requests pertaining to shipment prioritization, shipment status, inventory requests and other operational issue resolution.
•Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation submitted to US Regulatory Agencies, including but not limited to the filing for Puerto Rico EEIs.
•Support all serialization related activities to both inbound and outbound product flow.
•Understand special customer or product related requirements and develop solutions to ensure adherence.
•Manage monthly reports related to state specific regulatory or federal requirements (Annual Product Reviews, Controlled Substance reporting, etc).
•Vendor and PO management for logistics related suppliers to ensure timely payment for services.
•Archive of internal documentation.
•Support the Import/Export Team and the Warehousing & Distribution Team in their daily activities as needed.
This opportunity is located at the Sandoz Mechanicsburg, PA site. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $132,000/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.

What you’ll bring to the role:
•Requires the minimum of an Associate’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience in supply chain logistics
•Ability to multi-task productively
•Attention to detail
•Strong understanding of logistics activities
•Strong Microsoft Excel skills
•Quality mindset including general understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, US Customs, DEA, DOT, IATA, OSHA, etc).
