What you will be doing:
•Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and performance gaps. Demonstrate an understanding of drug development processes, knowledge, and skills in order to provide appropriate learning solutions.
•In partnership with business leaders, build global strategic learning plan for area through consulting on capability needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes. Analyse all requests, and identify priorities that are aligned with strategic priorities, leadership, and key stakeholders.
•Determine required behaviours, skills and knowledge needed by different roles.
•Determine data required to measure business impact, how data will be collected and analysed in order to demonstrate the value and impact.
•Thoroughly understand learning methodologies in order to provide options for appropriate learning interventions
•Directly responsible for driving stakeholder satisfaction by delivering the best customer experience, quality of learning solutions, learner experience and positive impact to the business.
This role is based out of Cambridge, MA and is a #hybrid working model.What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education (minimum/desirable): Learning and Pharma-business related scientific (MS, MD or PhD) or equivalent experience
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
• Experience: 10+ years Clinical, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience with deep understanding of Drug Development functions; or 5+ Years working in a customer facing role, ideally with an agency providing services into the Pharma/ Medical Device industry. 7+ Years Knowledge of adult education theory and practice.
• Experience in shaping and managing multiple projects at the same time
• 5+ Years’ experience leading diverse (Cultural, Geographical) project teams with stretch targets and tight timelines.
• Demonstrated strong project management and project leadership experience, including managing people, teams, and vendors
• Pro-active, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs and anticipating issues and solving problems
• Demonstrated track record of collaboration/partnership

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between: $183,200.00 and $274,800.00 USD per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
