The Associate Director, Integrated Insights, will be responsible for leading Insights for assigned as-sets/projects within Renal franchise. The individual will be responsible for driving Insights initiatives, develop and execute market research programs and analyses to provide strategic insights, to support business goals. Responsibilities also include generating market, physician and patient insights, including insight mining, attitudinal segmentations, positioning, ATUs, market/competitive analyses, landscape assessments from both primary & secondary information. Incumbent must identify issues and opportunities, define, and prioritize in-formation needs, apply market research techniques creatively to answer business questions, and develop and communicate actionable recommendations effectively to all levels of management. This person will be a self-starter, problem-solver, eager to change and ready to challenge status quo. The individual is a skilled influencer and is able to interact with various levels of seniority, within and outside of the Renal Franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Primary Market Research projects to create integrated insights to support decision-making and building launch Strategy; this includes development of discussion guides and survey instruments, management of moderators during in-depth interviews, and framing new insights in context with the breadth of prior insights.
• Uncover deep insights of patients, providers and other applicable customers using a variety of primary and secondary methodologies.
• The individual should be an expert and understand how to leverage concepts of Behavioral science, Primary Market Research, Secondary Data Analytics, Forecasting and other areas of Insights and Analytics, and Champion new approaches & techniques, to create measurable and relevant metrics of Launch Success and implement a framework to capture the metrics over time and by various means and methods.
• Stakeholder Management and Influencing Decisions – working closely and collaborating with the cross-functional team to enhance quality of insights and implementation.

Education: Bachelors Degree
Essential Requirements:
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing research, analytics experience.
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• Ability to combine insights from multiple sources and present comprehensive picture to stake-holders on key takeaways and learnings. Comment on next steps and potential actions to take.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex situations and processes and effectively integrating and synthesizing the data to form a complete cohesive picture
• Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $158,400 and $237,600/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market fac-tors.
