Responsible for developing Learning, Development and Onboarding for Associate Directors of Access and Reimbursement (ADAR) in Novartis Patient Services or PSS for Novartis Cosentyx Immunology Division Candidate must have training capability and the development and execution of onboarding and skill training plans for assigned product areas and/or key product launches. Partner with and make recommendations to the franchise leaders, Marketing and Sales teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions.
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 10-20% travel.
Major Accountabilities
•Develop the strategy and operational plans to develop sales competencies & drive performance across the organization
•Lead the development and execution of the ADAR or ARM Training and Skills Training plan for assigned brand(s) and /or key product launches
•Regularly provides recommendations & aligns with brand and franchise leadership to drive cross functional development, execution and delivery of priority product training plans.
•Collaborate with HQ Training, external vendors /SMEs, and key BU functions.
•Development of training materials that reflect the needs of the brand and evolving market landscape and legal /regulatory requirements
•Ensure cross-functional input is integrated & aligned in the strategy, tactics, and investments of the plan
•Ensure curriculum is designed to accommodate progressive learning and aligned with cross-functional leadershipEducation & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience / Professional requirements:
*Strong business background, with a minimum of 5 years of pharma experience
*Minimum 3+ years of experience training, account management and/or market access.
*Ability to work independently and serve as functional expert
*Presentation and platform skills, including ability to communicate in small and large settings
*Strong Communication (oral/written) & Interpersonal skills
*Ability to influence cross functional, Brand and Franchise partners
*Brand strategy, tactics understanding and partnering Skills (brand, medical, vendors etc)
*Administrative management skills – planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis,
Knowledge of field/sales force preferred.
*Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects and be accountable for individual & department results
*Strong Project management experience and agency management
Preferred requirements:
*Field Reimbursement Manager/Field Reimbursement Leader
*Lean Six Sigma or Process Background

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $158,400.00 to 237,600.00 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
