Norton’s Florist is the largest florist in Birmingham. We’ve been serving the Birmingham Metro area since 1921. Our Customer Relationship Specialists serve a critical role in helping our customers send joy and love to their friends, family, and loved ones every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Sociable and friendly with a genuine desire to serve customers.
• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Thrive in a faced paced environment and remains calm in difficult situations.
• Organized, detail oriented, willingness to learn
• Computer knowledge required – efficient and accurate typing, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Positive attitude, smiling face, team player
• Desire to spread joy, love and smiles to customers all over Birmingham!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
