Northwestern College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position (open rank) or professor of practice in
business to begin in January or August 2023. The successful candidate can expect to teach courses primarily in the areas of management
and/or marketing. Specific course responsibilities will be coordinated with the needs of the business department and the candidate’s areas of expertise. The
teaching load for this position is 24 credit hours per academic year, normally three courses each semester, along with expectations for
scholarship and institutional/departmental services such as advising, recruiting, assessment and accreditation efforts.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a master’s degree and demonstrate effective teaching in the
areas of business. A commitment to in-person, undergraduate teaching and mentoring is a must. Candidates will exhibit a love of Christ, an
embrace of the Gospel, and support the college’s mission as expressed in our Statement of Christian Identity, Vision for Learning and Vision for
Diversity. Northwestern identifies as Reformed in commitment, evangelical in engagement and ecumenical in spirit. We view these
