Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, this role will manage the operational aspects of ongoing strategic Talent projects and serve as liaison between Corporate teams and the sector teams. This position can be performed as a virtual telecommuter, with occasional travel to Corporate Office in Falls Church, VA.
Talent Operations individual to collaborate and/or lead on strategic Talent initiatives (e.g. onboarding acclimation, internal mobility, etc.) across both TA and Talent Management and Development
Partner and engage with multi-levels of stakeholders and sector teams
Conduct appropriate reporting, voice of the customer sessions, and other change management activities
Build strategic project plans, change management and communication plans, and other supporting presentations
Execute program elements in partnership with all Talent teams
Help support and operational cadence for TA operations
Provide continuous assessment of project and/or initiative ROI through data analysis, survey results, and other applicable People Analytics dashboards
Participation and/or lead cross-sector teams aligned to TA competency models and Talent Advisor training
Provide all necessary logistical and administrative support for projects to include scheduling of meetings, zoom break out facilitation, packaging and shipping of materials, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Track record of managing and executing HR or business projects and initiatives with multi-level stakeholder groups
Dynamic and executive briefing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with training or agile or project management tools
Previous TM&D or TA operations experienced desired
No degree required.
