What You’ll Do

• Mortgage statement processing and reconciliations
• Bank statement processing and reconciliations
• Wire transfer vendor verifications
• Assist with filing and payment of annual state filings
• Assist with filing and payment of annual business licenses
• Assist with 1099 processing including monthly vendor audit
• Assist with real estate tax bill processing
• Financial reporting packet processing
• Provide supporting documentation for audit requests
• Generate report files for tax preparer
• Miscellaneous filing and scanning

Who You Are

• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Forward-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement mindset
• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressureMinimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience.
• Commercial real estate accounting is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus
