STANDARD HOURS: 3 days per week – 8 hours. Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
PAY RANGE: $19.68 – $23.15 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Coordinator will be an integral part of the NEW Manufacturing Alliance’s talent and outreach programming. The position will work with K-16 and nonprofit agencies on identifying job seekers for Alliance members’ job opportunities. The position will include facilitating talent recruitment events and training initiatives.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate Degree is required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with preference in human resources.
Experience: Three years related experience.

Computer Skills
Requires working knowledge of Mac and PC operating systems, basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite collection of programs. HTML experience is preferred
