Senior Special Programs Coordinator – Hispanic Outreach Specialist
MCCC (Grade 5)
Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Campus: Lynn, Danvers, Centro Hub
This
position is funded through a Federal Grant and may require some evening and weekend hours.
The Hispanic Outreach
Specialist is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with Hispanic, Latinx, and/or other immigrant and refugee communities.
This position works closely with the Executive Director of Admissions and Enrollment as well as other key College stakeholders in order to
enhance and develop the connections that the College has with community members, area high schools, local immigration centers, and families
in order to open up educational opportunities for these populations.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: This position
reports to and is supervised by the Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: No
supervision of other clerical staff.
SALARY RANGE: Anticipated salary range is $58,082 to $62,000 annually
with a complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability
insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits.
Actual salary calculated in compliance with MCCC/MTA classification system.
