Job Description:
Dart 102 Web Design Instructor
The course is a study of page development, navigation, graphics, animation, video, and sounds media for use on the Internet. During the course of the semester, the student builds an assigned web site and a personal Web site. This course is intended as a gateway to a web certificate. Students can pursue additional in-depth study on the topics(s) that most attracted them during the semester.
To be determined between on campus classes at Fullerton College classes and off campus Dual Enrollment classes.

Duties and responsibilities as presented are intended to be representative and not restrictive. The District reserves the right to modify the assignment and allocation of duties in accordance with operational needs.

The award of all degrees must be verifiable on a legible transcript. If degree award date is not posted on transcript your application will be deemed incomplete and removed from consideration.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree or higher AND two years of professional experience directly related to the faculty’s teaching assignment
OR
Any Associate degree AND six years of professional experience directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment
OR
Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area
OR
the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

Desirable Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience and background in Web Design.
Experience successfully working in collaboration with full-time and adjunct faculty in coordinating and maintaining currency of curriculum that responds to the needs of historically underrepresented students.

Salary Range: Salary Range: $1286.03 – $1411.29 per lecture unit rate, $1028.85 – $1128.97 per lab unit rate
