We require background and drug tests as part of the hiring process.

– Athletic, does not have to have a background in gymnastics. We hire the personality and train the skill.
– A background in gymnastics, cheer, and dance is a plus but NOT mandatory. We will train anyone who is willing to learn and enjoys working with children, athletics, and doing good things for the community.
– Open availability. We schedule based on the needs of the company.
– Willing to commit for a min. of two years.
– Reliable transportation.
– Enjoys working with children.
– Willing to help out based on the needs of the company.
– Looks at this as a career with opportunities to grow.
– Saturday is a mandatory day as it’s our busiest time.
