As a critical member of nLIGHT Finance and Accounting team, the Senior Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for account reconciliations, journal entries, process improvements, and managing the daily operations of their direct reports within the general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and fixed assets functions. This position will be supporting a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
A successful candidate will be resourceful in identifying key drivers to improve team performance and identifying and minimizing risks, skilled in communication, and effective in partnering with a variety of cross functional teams. In addition, continuous improvement and innovation are key to the success of the team.
