Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an entry level digital marketing associate that has the know-how and skills to make an impact on our team and with our clients. This role requires someone who will help build and maintain our portfolio of digital marketing client accounts. Not only being a point of contact for clients, but also working with our support and sales team is a critical part of the role. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a MUST for this position. Our clients are in a number of different verticals including but not limited to healthcare, legal, home services & other small-medium size businesses.

The digital marketing associate’s responsibilities and duties will include, addressing client requests, corresponding with clients, analyzing key metrics, and performance reports for our B2B and B2C clients. We’re looking for a thinker, a doer, strong collaborator. Someone who understands Search Engine Optimization, who can multitask various projects with no problem, who can communicate effectively with clients and with the team and is a quick learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts for our B2B and B2C clients across a number of verticals, including home services, healthcare and legal services.
• Execute digital marketing strategies including but not limited to SEO, social media, digital paid advertising, email marketing and more
• Create landing pages, call-to-actions, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Operate digital marketing platforms and tools like Google Analytics & Agency Analytics
• Create/implement various protocols including new client onboarding
• Manage all social media content development working closely with social media manager to ensure posting and scheduling occur in a timely fashion
• Strategize content for clients’ website
• Identify and fulfill clients’ objectives/concerns/questions
• Organize and execute client requests with the team
• Maintain proficiency and knowledge of the latest digital technologies and best practices (i.e. new tools, algorithm changes, platform enhancements)
• Create performance reports and audits of client accounts
• Analyze key metrics/performance of client marketing campaigns

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing associate role with B2B and B2C businesses, agency experience preferred
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Communication skills are a must. This role requires a high level of communicating accurately and efficiently with clients and the team
• Project management experience
• Wordpress experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passion for all things digital media

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
