Hybrid schedule in Lewis Center OH or Bridgeville PA two days/week subject to change

Energetic person to manage projects and vendor deliverables related to macro new build and macro modification projects.

Supporting the requisition of purchase orders and managing vendor deliverables through data integrity.

Supporting leasing regulatory compliance and task updates in FUZE.

Interpreting applying and implementing organizations policies and procedures.

Providing project management input review evaluation of budget and purchase orders on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience. Even better if you have:
• Ability to run and report on project status through
• Excel Google Sheets or other tools
• Network Real estate/construction experience with some IT or PM experience or the IT/PM experience with the ability to learn processes and adapt quickly via data creation.
• Property management site acquisition or real-estate affiliated legal.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
