We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team to assist with graphic design/asset creation and internally support our trade-in events through backend setup in our CRM (Hubspot).

Daily Responsibilities Review and creation of custom marketing materials with an eye for detail and a flair for design Create and develop new marketing assets for trade-in events and consumer website Maintain and update existing marketing assets Backend setup of events in CRM (Hubspot) including workflow automation, landing pages setup, etc.
Work with customer service, buyers, and marketing teams to provide seamless management of account timelines and materials Send out all pre/post event materials following marketing playbook Communicate effectively with staff in other departments, providing essential feedback where necessary Provide weekly feedback to management to ensure continuous improvement Be an active participant in weekly departmental meetings Special projects as assigned Qualifications Graphic Design – Experience with Adobe Illustrator Preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Positive attitude and outgoing personality Highly Organized Strong Time Management Attention to detail Eager to learn Tech Savvy Flexible to changing daily conditions and tasks Marketing Experience preferred Project Management Experience Preferred Experience with Hubspot Preferred We offer competitive pay, 100% Company Paid Dental/Vision/LTD/Life Insurance Benefits, generous paid time off (including major holidays), employee referrals, and awesome employee purchase programs and incentives.
