NetGain Technologies Professional Services Team needs a brilliant human being to join our team as a Professional Services Engineer and help us in our everyday mission to use awesome computer stuff to provide excellent service to our over 100 clients. Description:
The primary requirement of a Professional Services Engineer is the ability to communicate with customers to identify the business need, develop a solution that will address the need, and work with a team of engineers to implement that solution. This requires the ability to speak with clients on a non-technical level and work together with other engineers on our team. NetGain Technologies Professional Services Engineering functions from a team-first perspective in order to provide our clients with a superior experience. In addition to the emphasis on consulting the following areas are necessary to fulfill the position. Certifications or a desire to obtain them in a reasonable timeline is a must.

This position is a Cloud technology focused position. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who has deep experience in IT systems, consulting experience, the ability to speak in detail about technology to clients, general business sense, and a strong focus on cloud services.

Desired Experience

• 10+ years of information technology experience
• 2+ years of experience of hands-on cloud migration planning and experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Azure cloud technologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with virtualization technologies
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting role, pre-sales
• Exchange migration experience a plus
• Ability to lead, and own projects that you design as well as projects designed by others
• Problem solving and the ability to identify problems in advance and proposing solutions
