As an EHS Administrative Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include assisting the department with scheduling meetings and training classes, managing the inventory of department documents, and maintaining meeting minutes for multiple team meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to answer customer questions about training issues, EHSA, and general FAQs, and create metrics from the data provided. You will also be responsible for editing documents as assigned, coordinating annual renewals for existing courses through Reporter/Moodle, and converting training to meet ADA requirements while creating class certificates and maintaining competencies for “Reporter” as they evolve and change.
Furthermore, you will manage the accuracy of people and department data in EHSA, serving as the primary point of contact for website issues and tracking issues to resolution. You will also be a team member for website redesign efforts in the future, and edit pdfs linked to web pages as directed while saving files to the shared drive. You will generate and maintain email distribution lists from EHSA for targeted communications and scan and file environmental records such as manifests and lot 86 data. Additionally, you will input manifest data into E-manifest and EHSA, enter work requests into AiM for staff as requested, and perform any other assignments necessary to support department needs.
