This is an in-person (not remote) position at our Kansas City, Missouri location.

IT Project Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This in-person position will be tasked with creating, managing, and tracking IT related projects. Candidates should be self-motivated; capable of organizing internal and external resources on IT-specific projects. To be successful the IT Project Coordinator requires strong technical aptitude, organizational and communications skills.
Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates for the IT Project Coordinator position should possess the following:
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Logical and numerical reasoning skills
- 2+ years of technical working experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, OneNote, and Visio
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Technical or Project Management Degree, equivalent experience, or graduation from a related certification program
- Ability to breakdown and define business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Business Systems (ERP, Manufacturing, Fulfilment)
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or transportation industry
- Fundamental SQL Query Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field
