NAF is seeking General Managers to open and operate new locations in San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Portland, Seattle, and Texas.

For the last 16 years, NAF has grown into one of the largest and most respected flooring providers to apartments in California. We work with many of the country’s largest apartment owners and managers.

Now we are expanding into markets throughout the west.

We seek experienced flooring professionals ready to level up in their careers.

We are looking for individuals who know the flooring installation business and want to help us grow these new markets.

NAF has built an exceptional back-end enterprise. We have an outstanding team of professionals who can market, sell, process and account.

You will manage the labor force and the warehouse, as well as be the face of the company to our customers.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a labor force who can recruit installers to our team.

This person will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the highest level of installation quality
• Continuous training and quality improvement programs for installers.
• Recruiting and onboarding new labor
• Management of warehouse facilities and personnel
• Field Customer Service
• Estimating

In addition to the experience described above, this role requires someone with a “do whatever it takes” attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the work done.
