Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director for Extended Campus Operations, the Extended Campus Program & Enrollment Manager is responsible for the coordination and administration of Extended Campus programming, and interacts with students, faculty, and staff to ensure successful program implementation and delivery. The Program & Enrollment Manager must be able to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal and external collaborators/stakeholders with a wide array of backgrounds, wants, and needs.
This is 100% remote/virtual position with a somewhat flexible work schedule and a general expectation of availability during regular weekday business hours of 9am – 5pm MT, while recognizing that some hours will be mandatory as determined by required meeting attendance and real-time online program management. A consistent, stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
•Manage program scheduling, on-campus events coordination, and certificate retreat scheduling.
•Manage web catalog, registration, enrollment, payments, and communication workflows in Ellucian Elevate (non-credit registration platform).
•Support program development and implementation, including design, rollout and launch.
•Collaborate with marketing and communication units to effectively implement program promotional content when required, including but not limited to the University website.
•Ensure effective scheduling and communication with faculty/instructors, including the coordination and management of file sharing systems and related process as needed.
•Clearly and efficiently respond to prospective participant/partner inquiries.
•Manage participant onboarding needs, including registration and program information.
•Manage application submission, review and scholarship/discounts processes for relevant programs; support and guide applicants through the entire application process.
•Collaborate professionally with external partners, sponsors, and contract service providers.
•Support the accurate tracking of program expenses and revenue, including ongoing billing, payments and refund management, invoice processing, and reporting.
•Maintain a consistently high standard of data collection, including data integrity, analysis and systems/processes maintenance for application, enrollment and related program information.
•Keep up to date on trends in higher education with respect to graduate student education, admissions requirements and application review, administrative improvements, and graduate student wellness.
Required Qualifications
Educational degree/diploma required:
•Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from an accredited college
Minimum length of prior relevant professional experience required:
•Two (2) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or four (4) years of relevant experience without Bachelor’s

•Experience with continuing education and workforce development programs and initiatives, and/or experience in higher education registration, admissions, or similar role
•Experience with Ellucian Elevate, Ellucian Colleague, or related platforms
